Interest: Using Neural Network for forecasting PNA Index.
Project:Currently working on a project to forecast PNA index using neural 
network. I trained the network using the information from the tropical ocean
which include SST at eastern and western tropical ocean and also SOI index.
This is an attempt to predict the teleconnection pattern over the Northern 
Hemisphere. I would like to communicate with anyone doing similar project.
