              applications, especially wind, ceiling, visibility, and related
              variables.

              Comparison of the performance of statistical and neural network
              algorithms for problems in space-time prediction. The goal is to
              identify the strengths of each as a step toward developing
              better algorithms which encompass the best ideas of both.
