There has been an unfortunate internal error in the Macek release candidate 1.1.99.
The error rarely affects generating matrix extensions over partial fields, and
it is ALWAYS reported by the internal self-checking routines as "No induced connecting
path found...". The bug was introduced in version 1.1.9; it is not present in 1.0.x.
Hence if you have used 1.1.99 and got no error message, then your computation results are safe.

Get a newer version from here.
(And remember that versions with the second odd number are development releases!)
